Small-town professional space, built to big-city standards.
Local businesses were leaving town for office space. The developer asked for something that would keep them here: professional, durable, and warm enough to feel like Caddo Mills rather than a metroplex office box.
We value-engineered the shell without cheapening the experience — pre-engineered structure, masonry and wood-slat public faces, and generous glazing where tenants and visitors actually spend time.
All three buildings delivered in phases so early tenants could occupy while construction continued next door.
