Modern houses fail when they get cold. We countered with material warmth at every touchpoint: plaster, oak, leathered stone, and lighting layered to feel like lamplight rather than a showroom.
The steel window package and roof geometry required millimeter coordination. We built full-scale mockups of three critical junctions before any material was ordered.
The result reads clean from the drive and feels like a home the moment you step inside.
